Natural Honey Natural honey is a sweet and thick sugary solution made by bees. The composition includes varying proportions of glucose, fructose, water, oil & special enzymes produced by bees. The first step in making natural honey starts when field bees fly from flower to flower to collect sweet juices/ nectar, which in the bee hive is transferred into mouths of house bees. House bees add enzymes from their bodies to the nectar, causing water in the nectar to evaporate and thus turning nectar into honey. Stored in a cell of a honeycomb, overtime, the nectar ripens and turns into honey.
